CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

Registration on the IMAGINE Portugal website is only allowed to users with 18 years of age and over, legally able to enter into contracts and who act solely on their own behalf.

Any activity or participation by users under the age of 18 is considered illegal and will not be tolerated by IMAGINE Portugal.
 

Access to and the use of IMAGINE Portugal features, either directly or by an interposed person, is prohibited to all minors, to anyone interdicted or to anyone declared incapable under civil law.
 

Obligations and responsibilities of the Customer/User are:

In order to place product orders through the IMAGINE Portugal website, the User/Customer must first register as a user by filling in the respective form available online.

The User/Customer is responsible for always updating the data relating to their user registration, including details regarding their address. After registering as a user, the User/Customer may place orders using the “virtual shopping cart” and following all steps, including those regarding payment.

IMAGINE Portugal has no responsibility for transactions with your account whether or not they are recognized by you.

IMAGINE Portugal considers the user's login to be valid from the moment they log in with the correct username and password. From this moment on IMAGINE Portugal cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use or improper use of personal data.

If any user account activity that may be considered dishonest/fraudulent and that is not in accordance with the activities contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, or in the event that consumption patterns or systematic repetitions have occurred that may evidence the practice of irregular or illegitimate behavior is observed, IMAGINE Portugal reserves the right to investigate such activities, informing the competent authorities of the results of the steps taken, with whom they will cooperate and whose guidelines they will obey.
 

PRODUCT PRICES, CHARACTERISTICS AND AVAILABILITY:

In case the site information presented does not correspond to the product characteristics, the Customer is entitled to terminate the purchase and sale agreement under the applicable legal terms.

The photographs presented on the site are for illustrative purposes only. As such, we recommend that you consult the product details prolongedly for better information about the respective characteristics of the items you want to purchase.

Please note that if the product shown is not available for delivery, but if possible to produce it to order, it may not be exactly the same as the photograph shown, essentially because of the manual production process.

Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Despite IMAGINE Portugal extreme attention in keeping all information current, some products may present an incorrect price. As such, prices will always be checked upon processing orders. If this occurs at the time of order processing, IMAGINE Portugal will inform the customer accordingly. In such a case, the customer:

● will be refunded for the difference, if the advertised price is higher than the actual selling price;
● can choose to cancel the order, or when informed of the effective price and maintaining interest in it, pay the difference, if the effective price is higher than the advertised price.
 

Indication of stock availability, as well as delivery times are merely indicative. If impossible to fulfill the order within the indicated delivery time, plus five business days, due to unavailability of stocks or delays in processing or shipping the products ordered by the customer, IMAGINE Portugal will contact the customer, who may choose to keep order and accept the new delivery time indicated, or cancel it, refunding the amount you have already paid.

The indicated price of the products is, unless wrongly entered or otherwise stated, the retail price (including VAT at the legal rate in force). The price of any purchase made through the site is valid for the day the order is placed and paid.

All data recorded by IMAGINE Portugal is proof of the transactions made between the Seller and the Final Consumer. IMAGINE Portugal is responsible for filing the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and is required to keep it accessible.
 

ORDERS:

To place the order online:
1. Register or Login to enter your client area.
2. Browse through the online store pages and find the product (s) you want to purchase.
3. Choose/Add your favorite products to the Shopping Cart through the Add to Cart button.
4. Complete the order by clicking Finish, once you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase.
5. Make payment through the electronic platform provided.
6. Client will receive an email confirming the order and availability of the product (s) chosen, as well as the expected delivery time and means.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After payment and IMAGINE Portugal order placement confirmation, the delivery time for items purchased online is 3-5 business days (Mainland) 5-7 business days (Madeira and Europe) and 7-15 business days (Azores and Rest of the World ), for articles with immediate availability (never exceeding 30 days).

For your convenience, you can request that your order be shipped to another address of your choice. Be sure to enter your full address as well as a contact name (if different) and phone number to facilitate immediate delivery of your order.

Free shipping for Portugal (Mainland and Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores), 7,00 € and 14,00 € to the rest of the world.
 
Any changes made to your account after placing an order will not be taken into account for that order, but only for future orders you place.

Deliveries of products purchased online are assured by UPS.
